Device loan agreement for the duration of COVID-19 pandemic

Please download the device loan agreement to complete and submit to the school in order to borrow a device, protective case and power adapter.
Submission of the agreement does not guarantee a device will be loaned to you. We have a limited supply of devices. Students who do not have access to a device at home, particularly those in Years 11 and 12, will be prioritised.
