Minimal supervision due to inclement weather Tuesday, 23 March

As the severe weather continues, Orara High School will be offering minimal supervision Tuesday, 23 March.

The safety of our staff and students remains our priority, therefore, we understand families will make decisions based on the risk to safety these difficult weather conditions impose in relation to attending school. 

For students' families who choose to keep them safe at home due to the dangerous situations the weather can cause, please know that your child's absence will be recorded as 'Flexible' on Sentral, thereby not affecting their overall attendance. 

It is important that you let the school know via text as soon as possible that you are keeping your children home for this reason.
